Dr. Selina Dang is an award-winning Licensed Financial Planner with Coreplus Advisory Sdn. Bhd., holding a Capital Market Services Representative’s License (CMSRL) from the Securities Commission Malaysia. With over 20 years of experience, she works closely with medical professionals and accomplished women in leadership – including C-suite executives, senior professionals, and business leader – to build wealth, gain financial clarity, and secure their future.

An HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and author of SCAM, Selina is a sought-after speaker on financial literacy, scam awareness, and financial life planning. She has shared her insights through engagements with organisations including the Financial Planning Association of Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia, Bank Negara Malaysia, and the Securities Commission Malaysia.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration with first-class honours and Master of Business Administration, both majoring in Finance. Her doctoral research focused on the financial capability and wellness of young adults in Malaysia.

Selina has been recognised for both academic and professional excellence, including the OYAGSB Stewardship Award for academic mentorship, the Academic Excellence Award for outstanding performance in her DBA cohort, the Best Paper Award at the National Financial Literacy Symposium 2024, and being crowned Champion of the FPAM Financial Planning Competition 2025, a recognition of her excellence in delivering rigorous, client-centred financial planning strategies.
